I am really excited to announce that I a home available in the desirable Metro Square development in the heart of Midtown. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home will sell very fast. These homes do not come onto the market very often. The last home to sell on Metro Lane, sold in 2007. Come see why they are so popular and were even lauded for their innovation by former Vice President Al Gore. I am proud to be the exclusive listing agent for this property. Please call me for more information at 916-524-9047.

    Urban at the Core

My attention is focused on the urban core and its surrounding communities. One of the great perks of a city like ours is its great residential neighborhoods nestled in and around a bustling and vibrant downtown community. Most of the neighborhoods that I represent are within a couple miles of our town center and inhabit or neighbor the central city. They are infinitely walkable streets, covered with tree canopies and near at least half a dozen restaurants, stores, cafés, and city parks.

    Today's Quote

I want my children to be able to meet and play and communicate with many other children on their own, not only when they are driven somewhere. I want them to grow up in an environment that is not just a place where people sleep but where people work… and where people enjoy themselves.

Where I have been the past few days...

My wife gave birth to this beautiful (although, he looks pretty pissed off here) baby boy after 38 plus hours of labor. I took her in Christmas Eve and we just returned home hours ago. Watching your wife give birth to a child is truly an amazing experience and a reminder to me of what an incredible woman I have as a wife. And the end product of all of her difficult laboring is this little guy, my second son.

I hope that you will forgive a lack of posts over the next couple of weeks, but I have something very important to tend to. I hope you agree.

Oh, and, since I wasn't around to say this in a timely fashion.... Merry Christmas.

Thanks, Natasha! Yes, my wife was amazing through the whole ordeal (although, I did ask for an epidural, but apparently only the mother gets to have those).
